Ingredients:
250 grams of ground beef
250 grams of ground pork
100 grams of toasted bread crumbs
1 egg
1 cup hogao
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon powdered oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Necessary Flour for dusting
Oil to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
For the sauce:
3 tablespoons butter
1 / 4 cup cornstarch
1 / 2 cup water
1 / 2 cup milk
1 egg yolk
1 jar tomato paste
Salt and pepper to taste
Put meat in a bowl with bread, eggs, and milk hogao. Add the oregano and cumin, season with salt and pepper and mix everything well until it becomes a smooth paste. If too dry, add a little milk. Let stand 30 minutes.
Take small portions, about the size of a walnut and form meatballs. Pass through a little oil and flour. Book.
Next, prepare the sauce. Melt the butter in a saucepan and sprinkle over the cornflour, stirring. Mix milk with water, beaten egg yolk, tomato paste and salt and pepper and add to the pan. Stir well and cook, stirring, for several minutes.
Incorporate the meatballs and cook all together for 20 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes.
