Ingredients:
8 - egg yolks
4 - egg whites
24gramos sugar
1 / 2 liter of water
1 liter of cream
Put sugar and water to the fire.
Allow to dissolve the sugar and boil 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat egg yolks until they are whitened.
Now gradually add the syrup (sugar water) and prepared, while beating.
Continue beating until the mixture cools and is fluffy.
On the other hand, clearly riding stiff peaks in another bowl and cream mount.
Finally mix the yolks and whipped egg whites and syrup with the cream in that order.
The mixture can be flavored with Pernod, sloe brandy, anise, chopped nuts.
Pour the mixture into a mold and introducing into the freezer at least 4 hours.
