Roast beef Recipe

Ingredients:



2 kilos of beef tenderloin on a piece
1 tablespoon black pepper in grain
Sea salt to taste
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Lard to taste

Wash the meat dry with paper towel and tie it to not lose its shape during cooking.


Then grind in the mortar pepper and salt, into coarse powder. Add the lemon juice and stir well to coat the meat with this mixture and then, greased on all sides with a layer of butter.


Finally, place in an ovenproof dish and insert into oven preheated to 400 ° F (205 ° C) for 45 minutes. If you want more meat cooked, leave a few minutes.


Serve with mashed potatoes, salad, to taste
