Ingredients:
2 small purple cabbage
1 / 2 bottle of white vinegar
5 cinnamon sticks
2.5 cups sugar
3 slices of pineapple, peeled
1 cup mayonnaise
1 / 2 cup whipping cream
1 tablespoon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley to taste
Grate the cabbage, put them to cook on low with the vinegar, sugar, cinnamon and pineapple until it has a bittersweet taste. (About 1 ½ hours).
SAUCE: To make the sauce of parsley blend a cup of mayonnaise, ½ cup cream, 1 tablespoon mustard, ½ teaspoon salt and parsley to taste, until the sauce takes a dark green.
