Ingredients:
3 boneless chicken breasts
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons chopped basil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon
1 tablespoon chopped mint
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 / 4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
4 wooden skewers
Clean the chicken and cut along or 6 strips of half a centimeter thick.
Fold each strip into several parts and insert three on each skewer in zig-zag.
Combine the basil, tarragon, mint, chives, the parsley, olive oil, soy sauce and paint with it skewers, on both sides.
Season them with salt and pepper, place or on a plate, cover with a self-sealing plastic and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
