Ingredients:
1 kilo of sliced liver
5 tablespoons oil
2 onions, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon parsley
Flour for dusting necessary
Salt and pepper to taste
Once clean the liver, seasoning with salt and pepper and pass through flour. Set aside.
Then heat oil in a pan and fry the floured liver dorándolo on both sides, but leave it to cook too.
Then, in another pan with a little oil, fry the onion over low heat until translucent.
Finally, put the liver in the pan, without oil. Cover it with cooked onions, sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce and parsley and let cook slowly for a few minutes all together. Serve with lemon.
