Ingredients:
2 tablespoons peeled and chopped almonds
1 tablespoon raisins
1 / 4 cup of broth
25gramos spaghetti
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup chopped basil
Minced garlic 1 unit
Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water and oil.
Brown the garlic in the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the basil and broth.
Meanwhile hydrated raisins in hot water and chop.
Additions to the basil grapes, almonds, salt and pepper.
Keep a couple of minutes.
Serve in a shallow dish on a nest of spaghetti with pesto in the center, parmesan cheese and a couple of almonds.
Around half of strawberries for garnish.
