Ingredients

3 eggs
Sugar 90 g
Vanilla extract c / n
90 g Flour
15 g butter
Swiss Meringue
CLARA 4
240 g sugar
Ice Cream
Vanilla ice cream 500 g
500 g strawberry ice cream
Syrup
170 g sugar
Water 150 cc
Grand Marnier 30 cc

Procedure for cook Omelette surprise Recipe

Bath beat eggs with sugar until it reaches 40 º C. Remove the blender until it forms the point letter. Add vanilla essence. Sift the flour. Enclosures incorporate movements over the eggs.
