Ingredients:
4 cups milk
4 cups basic broth
130 grams of butter
500 grams of chopped onions
4 cloves garlic
1 loaf French bread
Use 8 individual pots and put in each half cup milk ½ cup of broth.
Then heat the butter in a skillet and saute the onions with the garlic until golden.
Next, put the pots on the fire and when the liquid boils, divide between them the bread and the sauce before.
Put a cheese slice on each, sprinkle with chopped cilantro and cook for 2 minutes.
Finally, crack a raw egg in each of the pots, putting up a spoonful of cream, reduce heat and when the eggs are set, serve hot.
