Chops with cream Recipe

Ingredients:



6 pork chops
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon oil
10 tablespoons flour
1 cup chicken broth
4 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons cream
1 egg yolk
1 / 2 cup milk
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
To taste Oil for frying
Salt and pepper to taste

Flatten the chops, sprinkle a few drops of vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Rub them with a little oil and flour.


Then heat oil in a pan and fry the chops until browned. Set aside.


Next, add to the pan 1 tablespoon flour, saute and add to broth and lemon juice. Mix well and simmer for 10 minutes.


Incorporate the cream and egg yolk beaten with milk, stir well and pour sauce over chops.


Serve sprinkled with parsley.
