Ingredients:
2 kilos of apples
1 kilo of sugar
1 - Lemon
Peel carefully dividing apples into quarters and remove the seeds, put them in a large saucepan, sprinkle the sugar, cover and pour water over chopped lemon rind, cinnamon and put it to cook, first over high heat to reduce the intensity when the apples begin to unravel.
Let it reduce, stirring occasionally so that the apple does not stick.
When the jam has taken a golden color, throw on a large plate allowing it to cool slightly and mix well with cream and decorate with toasted almonds.
