Ingredients:

4 cloves garlic, crushed
250 grams of ground pork
4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 / 2 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
6 slices of ham
250 grams of cheese
1 / 2 cup beef broth
4 tablespoons tomato paste
Salt and pepper to taste
Open tenderloin so that it is in a thin and extended. Season with salt and pepper and let stand for 30 minutes.
Then heat the oil in a skillet and saute onion and garlic. Allow to cool and mix with beef and pork, bread crumbs soaked in milk and beaten eggs. Season with salt and pepper and stir everything well.
Next, flatten the steak with the roller and spread a first coat of filler on it. On this layer, place the ham and sprinkle over half the shredded cheese.
Cover with remaining filling and wrap the meat, tying it for not filling out. Place the steak in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle over the soup mixed with tomato puree.
