Banana soup Recipe

Ingredients:



2 pieces of green bananas
2 liters of broth
Cilantro to taste

Peel the bananas and slice rather thick.



Then, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the banana slices on both sides, until browned.



Remove with a slotted spoon and crush them lightly without leaving too fine to not break during cooking.



Next, heat the broth in a pot over a fire and when it begins to boil, add the sliced bananas. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until the broth thickens.



Finally, correct the seasoning if necessary, sprinkle with cilantro and serve.
