Ingredients:

20gramos flour
1 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon yeast

75 grams of tomato paste
4 slices of cheese elemental
15gramos tuna in oil
5gramos black olives
- Oregano
Sift the flour with the salt into a bowl.
Make a hole in the center and add the warm milk in which the yeast should be dissolved.
Work to obtain a homogeneous mass adding, if necessary, a little warm water.
Make the dough into a ball, cover with a greased plastic sheet and let stand in a warm place (about 30 ° C approximately), until doubled in volume.
When the dough has risen, knead gently with your fingertips to form the pizza about 35 cm in diameter.
Place on a greased baking tin and floured board, divide the tomato all over the pizza base and place the slices of cheese on top, so as to cover the entire surface.
Next, divide the tuna, sprinkle with a little oregano and introduced into the oven, preheated to 400 ° F (205 ° C) for 20 or 25 minutes.
Finally, remove from oven, garnish with olives and serve.
