Melon juice and champagne Recipe

Ingredients:

1 - honey melon
2 cups champañejo

Open the melon in half and remove the filling being careful not to damage the skin.

Blend the filling, champagne, lemon juice and honey.

Transfer to the table within the shell of the melon and then serve it in chilled bowls using a ladle.
