Red wine sauce Recipe

ngredients:

4 - shallots
1 glass of red wine
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
10gramos butter
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt to taste

Finite chop shallots.

Mixed with wine and vinegar and bring to a boil.

When you have halved salt, add pepper, strain and boil again.

Remove from heat and, not to cool, mix gently with the butter.

Serve over meat.
