Fish Carpaccio Recipe

Ingredients:

150 grams of smoked salmon
150 grams of smoked trichas
1 garlic, finely chopped
1 lemon squeezed
1 lime cut into 8 wedges
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups watercress, washed and drained
Salt and pepper to taste

Distribute the salmon slices on plates, bending them in the form of petals and then smoked trout.


In the center form a branch with leaves of watercress. Then in the small bowl mix the lemon juice, garlic, olive oil and season to taste. Liquidize well.


Fish sauce, place two slices of lime on both sides of the branch of leaves.


Allow to marinate refrigerated one
