Lemon Pork Recipe

Ingredients:



500 grams of lean pork
1 / 4 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
100 milliliters of oil
1 teaspoon chopped fresh coconut
2 red peppers chopped
1 chili
1 / 2 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
Pinch of salt

Chopped pork, place in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add the chopped garlic and marinate 25 hours.
