Carrot cake Recipe

Ingredients:

Carrot 35gramos
35gramos sugar
Almond 25gramos
6 - eggs
3 tablespoons white flour
1 - Lemon

Grate the carrots after carefully scraping the inside and eliminate some woody and very pleasant taste.

Beat for 15 minutes the egg yolks with sugar until frothy and then view them, add finely chopped almonds, carrots, flour and grated lemon rind.

Mix all ingredients until a homogeneous mass which, finally, we add the beaten egg whites until stiff but not mixed, but only by lifting the mass upward.

Spread butter lightly on pie plate, pour the dough and bake it in oven to heat for an hour.

Serve the cake covered with cream.
