Steak with cream Recipe

Ingredients:



4 steaks
1 small onion
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup white wine
1 cup whipping cream
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Peel the onion and chop fine. Heat oil, add butter and cook the steak to put about 3 or 4 minutes per side. Halfway through cooking, add salt to taste.


Remove from heat and place in a bowl over a pan of hot water to keep warm.


Pour the onion to the pan that cooked the meat, add wine and boil over high heat for 5 minutes so that the sauce is reduced. When the wine has evaporated, pour the cream, add salt and pepper to taste. Keep the fire until reduced by half.


Mix with the juice that has been dropping and bathe the meat steak cream.


You can serve with mashed potatoes.
