Ingredients:
12 - from crepes
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sugar
2 - orange
The juice of half lemon
To prepare the crepes in a blender mix all ingredients until a smooth paste without lumps.
In a pan greased with butter is poured the paste with a spoon to form a thin film on the base of the pan.
When browned it turns with a spatula to brown the other side.
Reserve warm.
Then melt butter in large skillet, add the sugar until golden and incorporates orange and lemon juices.
Stir until melted candy.
It adds zest 1 / 2 orange cut into thin strips and baked for 1 or 2 minutes, remove the peels with a slotted spoon.
Then remove the pan from the heat and leave open by posing the crepes pan, and fold once soaked in 4 and are placed on a serving platter.
