Ingredients:
1 cabbage
1 / 2 cup white wine
1 clove garlic
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
Chopped herbs to taste
1 large onion
1 / 2 cup wine vinegar
1 cup of broth
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons strawberry jam
1 tablespoon ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste
Put in a saucepan the wine, vinegar, 1 / 2 onion and minced garlic clove. Let the liquid reduce by half and add the broth, tomatoes, salt and pepper and cook 30 minutes. Passing by a Chinese and sprinkle with herbs and butter.
