Sautéed bean sprouts Recipe

Ingredients:

25gramos bean sprouts
2 tablespoons peanut or vegetable oil
2 - green onions
cut into pieces of 2-3 cm 2 slices
peeled fresh ginger root 1 / 4
1 teaspoon salt
tablespoon oyster sauce

Do not wash the bean sprouts if they come packaged in plastic, but refrigerate until ready to cook.

The fridge is better preserved the crisp after cooking.

If you wash them, drain very well before being refrigerated 2-3 hours before cooking.

Heat a wok over high heat until it begins to smoke.

Add oil to wok and tossing.

Add the bean sprouts in the wok.
