Ingredients:
3 leeks, sliced (white part only)
3 large potatoes cut into chunks
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablet of broth
100 milliliters of milk
1 teaspoon flour
2 tablespoons cream
1 box of taquitos fried sliced bread
Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan and saute the leeks for a few minutes.
Then add the potatoes, fry lightly and add the broth. Cook everything for 30 minutes and go through the blender for a puree light.
Next, pour the puree back into the saucepan, add milk, stir well and when I break back to boil, add the remaining butter mixed with flour.
Simmer, stirring, for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add the cream.
Finally, mix well and serve hot with fried bread tacos.
