Mango Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup mango puree
2 tablespoons lemon juice

In blender place the mango puree, lemon juice, wine and water.

At high speed beat for 3 minutes.

Meanwhile whisk until stiff clear and gradually add sugar, continue beating until it feels.

Add the mango juice, and the minimum speed, beat for 2 minutes.

Chill and serve.
