Ingredients:
13gramos dried figs
13gramos sugar
3 - eggs
1 / 2 liter of milk mixed CON1 / 2 pint of cream
25gramos of whipped cream.
Skip tailless figs and chopped, grinded by, along with a pint of cream and milk.
Mix the yolks with the sugar and the rods move with a mixture until very fluffy and very light color.
Riding the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Incorporate well consistent whipped cream, add yolks and sugar mixed with fig paste and mix carefully with rods and gently trying not to get off the mixture.
Place in a pudding mold, cover with plastic film and put a freeze immediately.
Serve with strawberry coulis, or kiwi or raspberry.
