INGREDIENTS
200 g brown sugar
Water 250 cc
2 tbsp honey
Raisins sultanas 200 g
220g butter
0000 320 g flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
Spices pastry 1 tbsp
Nuts 75 g
Almonds 50 g
Candied fruits 100 g
Prunes 100g
Cognac 100 cc
Place brown sugar in a saucepan. Add water, honey and raisins. Cook for five minutes.
Remove from heat, place the preparation into a bowl and add the butter.
Add the flour sifted with baking soda, cinnamon and spices for baking. Mix until integrate preparedness.
Place in a bowl of walnuts, almonds, candied fruit and plums. Perfumed with the brandy and mix.
Add the fruit preparation and mix to homogenize.
Pour the preparation into a mold of 20 cm in diameter (perhaps with a central line) spread with butter and dusted with flour. Cook in oven at 150 ° C for 1 hour.
